The Bordellofono
I certainly can't say that I invented putting a drum kit on my back, but for years it's been an idea that I've put a lot of work into perfecting. 
What seems like 4 or 5 instruments slapped together in a haphazard fashion is actually about 30 instruments slapped together in a haphazard fashion with a capacity of making about 300 sounds. It contains a full-length tuba and trombone, bass drum, snare, high-hat cymbal various percussions and a very special keyboard that I built myself. The keyboard fits into my hand and lets me control a large bank of digitally sampled sounds. The sounds recorded in the sampler are mostly percussive noises I've taken from cartoons and toys.
